Another Port Orange wedding at the Estate on the Halifax. You’d think I’d get tired of this place, but it just keeps getting better! This stunning venue has everything a wedding photographer could ask for. From the chapel where our couple said their vows, to the gazebo on the water where we shot at sunset…. all I need is a great couple, some AWESOME family, and let me loose.
After our INCREDIBLE engagement session at Bok Towers, I KNEW that this wedding was going to be amazing. Our couple was adorable, SO in love, and put up with all my crazy photographer antics. (Our groom even braved a snake for one shot! The things we do for love! and pictures!) Our bride’s father has experience as a wedding photographer, so perhaps that helped a little. Regardless, I was looking forward to the big day.
After our getting ready session, our couple did a first touch. This is when they hold hands but don’t see each other, prior to the ceremony. It’s such a great photo opportunity for us, and an emotional and magical moment for our couple. The Estate on the Halifax has SO many locations for this, but I went with my favorite rustic door for the win!
Our couple planned so many special moments. From the fathers being surprised with the role of giving the rings, to the mothers receiving roses. We had grandpa out on the dance floor, and our FAVORITE reception game, the shoe game! Take a look and decide what moment from this Estate on the Halifax wedding is YOUR favorite! From all of us at Jennifer Juniper Photography, we wish you a lifetime of happiness together!
