As a Daytona Beach Wedding Photographer, I get to go to cool places. But I’ve never been to a West Palm Beach Wedding! So this was SO exciting! We saw the BIGGEST lizards. And our bride and groom were pretty amazing too! 🙂
After our 3 hour drive south, we got to meet our bride and groom! Actually, first we recharded at the Starbucks across the street. But then it was prep time! It was business as usual in the girl’s room. Hair and makeup, lots of getting ready, and a whole lot of excitement! But the guy’s room… I have NO idea what was going on over there! There were basketballs. There were backflips. It looked like everyone had a blast!
Fast forward to ceremony. These two lovebirds tied the knot in a beautiful greek orthodox ceremony surrounded by friends and family. The church was stunning. I loe working with stained glass! The wedding party even adopted my second shooter Alan as an honorary groomsman! That was a first.
Our couple celebrated in a beautiful reception that joined the families traditions. They broke the glass, and ate the bread prepared by our groom’s mother. There was even a pinata. There was a costume dance contest, more basketballs, There were happy tears, and there was love. And I think more than all that other stuff… more than the giant 5 ft long orange lizard, and the backflips, and the costume party, the love was what stuck out to me the most. (And this lizard was HUGE and VERY orange!)
It was truly amazing to be a part of this love story. From all of us at Jennifer Juniper Photography, we wish you a lifetime of happiness together. Thank you for letting us document your West Palm Beach wedding.
