Allison & Aaron had a beautiful Rivergate Ceremony at the Estate on the Halifax. This is one of the lesser used ceremony sites on the property. However it is one of our favorites! With the beautiful river in the background, the rivergate site offers a unique backdrop for a beautiful wedding ceremony!
First, everyone had to get ready for the formalities. Allison and the girls got ready at Agatha’s guest house, just next to the ceremony site. Meanwhile, Aaron and the guys prepped at the venue’s train car. We scheduled a first touch with our bride and groom, and an emotional first look with our bride and her father. These sweet moments are always some of our favorites!
Finally it was ceremony time! Surrounded by friends and family, Allison & Aaron exchanged vows. Before long, they officially became husband and wife! We utilized the property’s lush blooming oleander tree for the family group pictures and wedding party portraits. For newlywed portraits, we wandered the property! We stopped in various locations for some sweet photo ops.
With pictures done, our newlyweds celebrated in the venue’s tavern with dinner and dancing. They had a crazy hour with glow wands that were tons of fun! At last, a dramatic sparkler exit concluded the festivities.
