Haley and Matt’s wedding at the Valiant Air Command Warbird Museum was seriously unforgettable. This venue is a dream for aviation lovers. Planes were everywhere. They lined the reception space, filled cocktail hour, and even served as the ceremony backdrop.
To start the day, the couple got ready in separate locations. Then came one of our favorite moments. We orchestrated an iconic first touch, back to back, right at the nose of one of the planes. The anticipation was real, and the emotions ran high.
Soon after, it was time for the ceremony. Matt made his way down the aisle, eagerly awaiting his bride. Surrounded by friends and family, and in the shadow of a massive aircraft, Haley and Matt said “I do.” It was powerful, meaningful, and incredibly unique.
As they walked back down the aisle, they dipped in celebration. Guests cheered and threw paper airplanes into the air. It was such a fun and fitting touch for this incredible setting.
Next, we captured newlywed portraits as the sun began to set. Golden light poured across the tarmac while a plane stood proudly behind them. The natural dramatic sunset with the aircraft created the most striking images.
After portraits, everyone headed into the hangar for the reception. The space buzzed with excitement as guests enjoyed dinner and hit the dance floor. Laughter, music, and celebration filled the room.
