A spring wedding at The Estate on the Halifax always feels magical. However, Caroline & Samuel’s day truly felt like a dream. From the moment we arrived, the soft rose pink florals paired with sage green bridesmaid dresses created the perfect springtime palette for a Florida wedding. Delicate pearl details added such an elegant and timeless touch throughout the entire celebration. Honestly, pearls never go out of style.
Before the ceremony, one especially emotional moment unfolded inside Agatha’s. The bridesmaids lined up along the staircase before turning to see Caroline fully dressed as a bride for the very first time. Tears immediately filled the room as everyone took in the moment together. It was one of those beautiful and genuine reactions that reminds us why we love documenting weddings so much.
Once everyone was ready, guests gathered inside the venue’s chapel for the ceremony. Live singers filled the alter with beautiful music, creating an emotional atmosphere from the very beginning. During the ceremony, the couple shared communion together, making the moment feel even more meaningful and intimate. More than one happy tear was shed as Caroline & Samuel officially became husband and wife.
After the ceremony, we invited immediate family outside for portraits before moving into wedding party pictures and newlywed portraits. One of our favorite parts of spring weddings at the Estate is the blooming pink oleander, and they perfectly complemented the couple’s color palette. Naturally, we took full advantage of them for portraits! We also explored the venue’s covered bridge and lush garden areas, creating romantic imagery surrounded by greenery and soft spring colors.
Once portraits wrapped up, everyone gathered inside the tavern for dinner, dancing, and celebration. The evening was filled with laughter, music, and so much joy as family and friends celebrated the newlyweds. Finally, the night ended with a beautiful sparkler exit, creating the perfect glowing finale to such a romantic wedding day.
