Katie & Dustin’s wedding at the Estate on the Halifax was timeless, elegant, and filled with meaningful moments.. and FUN. Their palette of whites, creams, and pale blue created a soft, romantic atmosphere throughout the day.
We began coverage by documenting all the beautiful details while everyone got ready. From the florals to the personal touches, every element fit their vision perfectly. Fun bride and groom sunglasses added a playful touch to the day. Once everyone finished getting ready, we gathered at the venue’s charming chapel. Surrounded by family and friends, Katie and Dustin exchanged vows and officially became husband and wife. Their ceremony felt heartfelt, intimate, and full of joy.
Unfortunately, Florida weather forced us to adjust our portrait plans. Thankfully, the chapel provided the perfect backup location. The warm wood interior and colorful stained-glass windows created a stunning backdrop for portraits. We captured family photos and newlywed images without ever sacrificing beauty or style.
Later in the evening, the weather finally gave us a break. We slipped outside with our newlyweds for a few additional portraits around the property. Those extra moments together allowed us to capture even more beautiful memories.
Meanwhile, guests filled the tavern with laughter, celebration, and plenty of energy on the dance floor. The joyful atmosphere carried throughout the evening.
To end the night, Katie and Dustin shared a dramatic sparkler exit surrounded by their favorite people. The glowing lights, smiling faces, and excitement created the perfect finale to an unforgettable wedding day.
