Haley and Trent’s wedding at 520 on the Water in Sanford brought romance, waterfront views, and plenty of celebration!
This unique Sanford wedding venue sits directly on the water. Inside, walls of windows showcase the beautiful views, while deep wood tones create a warm, romantic atmosphere.
Haley spent the morning decorating, and getting ready inside the venue. Her bridesmaids helped her into her beautiful wedding gown before one of the sweetest moments of the day. Once she was ready, we arranged an emotional first look between Haley and her father.
With some questionable weather moving into the area, Haley and Trent decided to bring their ceremony indoors. Thankfully, the venue’s huge windows kept the waterfront scenery close. Surrounded by their friends and family, the two exchanged vows and officially became husband and wife!
Afterward, guests enjoyed the views and some fun yard games, including cornhole and giant Jenga. Meanwhile, we jumped into formal portraits. I brought the wedding party closer to the water for a gorgeous backdrop before moving into newlywed portraits.
Soon, everyone headed inside to kick off the reception. Haley and Trent shared their first dance, followed by heartfelt toasts and parent dances. With the formalities finished early, everyone could relax, eat, dance, and enjoy the party!
Before photo coverage ended, we had one more adventure planned. We snuck Haley and Trent outside as the sun began to set. The evening brought slightly cooler temperatures and the perfect opportunity for some beautiful, dramatic newlywed portraits along the water.
