Alle & Kenny hired us to work with them on their Estate on the Halifax wedding. We knew this one would be a blast because… well, this couple loves star wars and dinosaurs! (You’ll see that each made at least one appearance at this wedding!) They were so much fun, quirky, COLORFUL, and totally in love. Those are all the ingredients for a great event!
We began coverage with wedding prep. For instance, fun pictures of the bridal party in robes, all the little wedding details, and getting dressed were just a few of the moments we documented. Additionally, Alle & Kenny had a private first look in the venue’s lush garden area. It was a super sweet moment. Next, it was a first look with our bride’s father. I believe I saw at least a tear or two in our first looks.
Next it was officially ceremony time. Surrounded by friends and family, at the Estate’s beautiful gazebo, Alle & Kenny became husband and wife. We grabbed a few portraits, but ultimately went inside to start the reception due to how hot it was! But that didn’t mean we didn’t sneak out after dinner for some more photo opportunities. We got to utilize more of the beautiful garden areas, and the road running along the river. Every spot we stopped was simply gorgeous!
Back in the air conditioning, our newlyweds celebrated with dinner, cake, and dancing! Finally, a dramatic sparkler exit concluded the festivities.
