Marilyn & Charlie’s wedding at the Estate on the Halifax was the definition of sweet springtime romance. From the very beginning, the day felt fresh and joyful. Soft shades of pink & coral filled the bridal party gowns, while tropical florals added a vibrant, playful touch throughout.
The girls spent the morning getting ready inside Agatha’s Guest House, surrounded by laughter & excitement. Before the ceremony, Marilyn shared an emotional first look with her loved ones. As expected, there were tears, hugs, and unforgettable reactions that made the moment even more meaningful.
Meanwhile, Charlie was preparing for what he thought was his own first look with his bride. However, when he turned around, he was met with a hilarious and unexpected surprise instead! Moments like these are always a favorite—full of personality, laughter, and genuine emotion.
Soon after, everyone gathered at the venue’s charming chapel. This time, the moment was real. As Marilyn walked down the aisle, Charlie’s reaction said it all. Surrounded by family and friends, the two exchanged vows and officially became husband and wife.
Following the ceremony, we moved into portraits, capturing family, wedding party, and newlywed moments around the beautiful property. Then, we snuck back into Agatha’s Guest House for some especially dreamy portraits on the piano—one of our favorite new spots for a little extra magic.
Afterward, the celebration continued inside the tavern. Guests enjoyed an evening filled with dancing, laughter, and pure joy. As the sun dipped lower and the party carried on, we wrapped up coverage, leaving Marilyn and Charlie to celebrate the night away with their favorite people.
